the logic of islam

outraged by cartoons depicting muhammed published in danish newspaper, arab european league decided to counterstrike by publishing antisemitic cartoons on their site.

hey dudes! danes are not jewish. far from it, actually. muslim logic works the strange ways.

Since when does religion have anything to do with logic?

Anyway, I suspect this probably has something to do with the fact that holocaust denial is currently a crime in seven European countries as well as Israel. Denmark is not one of them, but those cartoons the Muslims say are offensive were reprinted in many other countries as well.

Out of curiosity, do you support those laws?

i understand having a law like this in germany, but generally - no, freedom of speech should be absolute. it is definitely not a crime in israel, btw, despite what that article says. some jewish israeli historians are holocaust deniars and not only retain their freedom, but also their academic tenure.

anyway, i still don't see what jews have to do with all that hoopla.
